Because our products are handcrafted, freshly made, and hygienic, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
Unopened/Unused Products: May be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at preeves@lcrecosmetics.com. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
Custom/Personalized Products: Custom-blended foundations or personalized formulations are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
L’Cre Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
