Because our products are handcrafted, freshly made, and hygienic, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

• Unopened/Unused Products: May be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at preeves@lcrecosmetics.com. We will replace the product at no additional cost.

• Custom/Personalized Products: Custom-blended foundations or personalized formulations are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Processing Times

• All orders are freshly made-to-order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

• During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best option for your location.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

• We currently do not ship internationally.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• L’Cre Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to the shipping carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

• We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup (Optional)

• Local customers in Old Town Spring, TX may choose free local pickup.

• Pickup hours will be arranged after purchase via email confirmation.
