Your purchase is subject to our Shipping & Returns policy (posted on the Site). By ordering, you agree to those terms, including hygiene-related restrictions for opened/used products and limitations for custom/personalized items.

6) Custom / Personalized Products

Custom-blended or personalized items (including shade-matched or custom formulation products) may be final sale as stated in our policies. Please review product listings and the Shipping & Returns policy before purchasing.

7) Subscriptions, Promotions, and Gift Cards (if offered)

  • Promotions and discount codes are subject to stated terms and may be modified or ended at any time.

  • Gift cards have no cash value and are redeemable only as stated on the Site.

  • If subscriptions are offered, billing terms will be shown at checkout.

8) Intellectual Property
