Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted, freshly made, and intended for hygienic use, we can’t accept returns on any item that has been opened or used.
Unopened & Unused Items:
Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Refund timing:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email preeves@lcrecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible orders will be replaced at no additional cost.
Custom / personalized products
Custom-blended foundations and personalized formulations are final sale and non-refundable.
Processing times
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing may take 5–7 business days.
Shipping methods & rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Domestic shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited shipping: available at checkout (additional fee)
Tracking is emailed once your order ships
International shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery issues (loss, theft, or delays) are the carrier’s responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist when applicable.
Incorrect shipping information
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer.
Local pickup (optional)
Local customers in Old Town Spring, TX may select free local pickup. Pickup details and timing will be arranged after purchase via email confirmation.
